Select Mapping Type

Click on the New Mapping button on either the Start tab or the Mappings tab to display the Select Mapping Type form The options on it depend on which version of TransPost you are running

TransPost Express: form

Import new invoices
invoice layouts:
- Item
- Service
- Miscellaneous
- Professional
Import Customer cards
with update option
Import Customer Payments

Standard TransPost: form

Add or Update Customer cards
Import sales
(invoices, orders and quotes))
Import Customer Payments
Add or Update Item details
Import Spend Money Transactions
Add or update Job details

If Import sales selected a Type of sale form provides for the choice between:

Item
Service
Miscellaneous
Professional
Time Billing

TransPost Plus & Premier: form

As per standard TransPost or choose from drop down list:

Activity Slips
Customers
Customer Payments
General Journals
Inventory Adjustments
Item Purchases
Item Sales
Items
Jobs
Miscellaneous Purchases
Miscellaneous Sales
Pay Bills
Personal Cards
Professional Purchases
Professional Sales
Receive Money Transactions
Service Purchases
Service Sales
Spend Money Transactions
Suppliers
Time Billing Sales
Timesheets
Transfer Money Transactions

Make your selection and click on Next. The New Mapping form will appear.
