We store your details electronically in line with generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to keep personal information secure. All hard copy data is disposed of appropriately when no longer required.

Cadro does not sell, lend, disclose, or transmit any information collected from you, with the following exceptions:

  • When required by law
  • In preparation for or conduct of legal proceedings in a court or tribunal
  • TransPost newsletters, software product release and support announcements to your email
  • MYOB serial numbers for users of MYOB add-on applications may ve reported to MYOB, as required by the MYOB Professional Developer agreement.

Statistical website data is collected about your visit to us. We use this information to protect our site from malicious damage and to help us to improve our service to you. Information collected is anonymous, however we do record your IP address. Information collected includes:

  • IP address (Your IP address does not identify you but it does identify your service provider)

  • Files and pictures downloaded
