Auto mapping
Upload your file and TransPost works out which column goes where in MYOB. You check it and change anything it has got wrong.
Ready-made mappings
We keep a library of mappings for the files people import most, like supplier statements, point of sale and payroll files. Pick one and adjust it to suit your file.
Check it before it posts
See the transactions your file will create and fix any problems first. Nothing goes into MYOB until you say so.
No double-ups
TransPost checks the company file before it posts, so you do not import the same invoice twice. It picks them up even if someone keyed them in by hand.
See what happened
After every import, see what went in, what did not and why. Download the rows that failed, fix them and run them again.
Scheduled imports
Later on, TransPost will import your files on a schedule, so a file that comes in every week goes in without anyone opening it.
Native connectors
Later on, TransPost will connect straight to the systems your data comes from, so there is no file to export first.
Everything you already know still works
This is the same TransPost, online. It is not a different product with the same name. The mapping works the way it always has:
- Map any column in your file to any MYOB field
- Set defaults for the fields your file does not have
- Use a key field so the log tells you which record each line is about
- Group rows together to build one transaction
- Change data on the way through
Your accounts, tax codes, cards, jobs and items are still checked against the company file you are importing into.

TransPost for Windows is not going anywhere
TransPost, TransPost Plus, TransPost Express and TransPost Premier continue to be sold and supported. Cloud is being added alongside them, not in place of them, and there is nothing you need to move.
If a local installation with the Run Schedule and the command line suits how you work, that remains the right choice, and it keeps working with classic AccountRight, which Cloud does not.
When you do want to try Cloud, you can move across one client at a time. Keep your Windows TransPost running, test a mapping on a sample file, move one source over and see how it goes. If it is not right, you go back.
