If you get an error message like this:
"Encountered a communication error (https://api.myob.com/accountright/????? ... /?$filter= LastName eq 'Some name & another name' or CompanyName eq 'Some name & another name') The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
where 'Some name & another name' is a customer name then the error occurred because the company name contains the & character.
This can be avoided if the Customer name is changed to use 'and' instead of '&' but the change needs to be made to both the Customer card in MYOB and the incoming data.
This error can occur in TransPost Express 3.0 and TransPost 18.104.22.1686 when used with AccountRight Live. It will be fixed in the next release.
