TransPost or TransPost Express reports a communication error “The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server”. Sometimes, at the same time this pops up:
This is not caused by TransPost or TransPost Express.
The MYOB AccountRight API service, which is used by add-ons such as TransPost and TransPost Express, is crashing.
This can be caused by a fault in Microsoft .NET Framework 4. It may help to uninstall and re-install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
You could refer to Microsoft hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2640103 and which contains instructions for contacting Microsoft to address this problem.
