sale people doesn't import

If you map a sales person or reps name to ‘SalespersonFirstName’ & ‘SalespersonLastName’ in TransPost it does not import unless sales person has a card in MYOB and then it must match both first and last name.

This is an AccountRight restriction. The salesperson references an Employee Card.

It used to be that you could only select from existing employee cards in AccountRight input too. The "Easy Add" option actually adds the name to your Employee Cards which is a separate behind the scenes transaction.

Specifically, the AccountRight API interface insists that the SalesPerson must be identified by their "UID" which is AccountRight's internal id. TransPost has to look that up to add the salesperson to the sale. TransPost does not have the ability to import new Employee Cards at all yet. If it did you would still have to do an import beforehand to create a new salesperson.
