I have TransPost Plus which I want to trial for one company file. I set it up for one MYOB file but I need to change the file to another company for trialling purposes. It will not allow me to do that. I can understand that TransPost Plus is for a single company. I tried deeleting TransPost and reinstalling, but all the data was saved as before.
What can I do?

You can change the file using the TransPost Plus Configuration & Activation program as long as the new file is using the same MYOB serial number.
You can open the Configuration & Activation program from the Start Menu under TransPost Plus, TransPost Tools. Alternatively there is a button linking to it on the Introduction tab.

Hi Julia, thanks for speedy reply. I had tried your suggestion. Everything checks out except the Finish button is greyed out.

Yes we had this problem today.
There was a recent change to our registration processing which was not quite sending out everything it should. I believe it is fixed now.
