Transpost Import

Good afternoon,

During the import to Transpost today, Transpost skipped the first week of one employees pay fortnight period but did not provide a reason i.e. not recorded as an error or warning.
I reviewed, and it only occurred to one employee.
I uploaded the missed timesheets into Transpost again and it was successful
Can you please provide advice on why this might have occurred?

Hi Lauren,

It is quite hard to tell why things did not work without seeing the relevant log file. It can also to look at the mapping and a sample of the data that caused the issue. If you could send these files to support@transpost.com.au we can review them to see if we can spot the cause of the issue.

What I can tell you is that TransPost working with AccountRight Live treats and entire employee week as a single unit so if one line of it errors the whole week is rejected. For example this might occur if a single line within the entire week had an invalid payroll category or one which was not associated with the employee at the time of the import.
