Importing eBay Sales into MYOB using TransPost

We have created a downloadable mapping to use with TransPost to import your AShop sales information into MYOB AccountRight. Note: to use this mapping you will need to ensure that Item Numbers in AccountRight match the Sku Numbers in the AShop database.

 

  • Simply download create a .TXT download template under Tools --> Order Export in the AShop Admin Panel and include the following fields as well any other fields that you feel you need.:

  • FirstName
  • LastName
  • Email
  • BAdress
  • BCity
  • BState
  • OrderTotal
  • UnitPrice
  • OrderCode
  • TimeOrdered
  • Quantity
  • TaxTotal
  • ShippingMethodTitle
  • BZipCode
  • BPhone1
  • BPhone2
  • Sku
  • ProductTitle
  • ShippingTotal

 

  • Download TransPost and install and run the TransPost configuration program.

  • Download the AShop Mapping

  • Then run TransPost and click "Import Mappings" on the mappings tab and select 'AShop.bin'.

  • Import the customer data with the 'AShop - Customers' Mapping

  • Customise the 'AShop - Item Sales' mapping to your needs and use it to import the sales data.
